My takeaways:
(1) Very cool on the zero-G X7 seat. I wish this news story showed pictures. I'd like to see this produced in the X7, and this gives me hope that BMW will continue to explore interior configurations of the X7. What I'm wanting to see is the deletion of the X7 3rd row, and use space to increase legroom and luxury seating for the 2nd row. Make the X7 interior a luxury for all occupants, aligning more with the 7er sedan. (rumored this may happen in the X8)
(2) Yay that 5G is coming to BMW. But disappointing to read that this won't happen until mid-2021 at the EARLIEST. 5G phones are already on the market, Apple will likely be putting 5G into this year's iPhones, and 5G networks are already out there and becoming mainstream this year. I was hoping that 2021 BMW models (starting production fall 2020) would have 5G, such as the X7 hotspot.
