Some of my best cardio conditioning was from when I boxed on a regular basis. Unfortunately I started weight lifting, and my body took to that like a fish to water. I probably gained 20+lbs in the first 3 months which completely screwed up my weight class.

After that, I was having to fight guys almost 6" taller than me...and having a long reach is a "MF" to get past if the guy is skilled.
