Yep, I agree but I mean for the time between arriving at the track and the first session.

For example for my track day gates open at 3pm (which I plan on being there for) and first session is 4:40pm almost 2 hours later.
Car will warm up quickly since its only been an hour and a half. Cold start may even be shorter. Do an outlap and go. start your car 5 minutes early if you feel the need. Stop by and take a leak and wash your hands. It might be ready by then lol
