I am always nervous putting down non refundable deposits. I put down a $1k refundable deposit. My deposit becomes non-refundable once the production of my car reaches 112 status.
What if someone puts down a non-refundable deposit with you and there is an unexpected delay of ordering the M2 say of about 3-6 months than is that buyer forced to wait to order with you if he finds an immediate allocation somewhere else? Or can he get his money and buy elsewhere?
