Got my payments deferred. Yeah some of us are still working, but investments are down and who knows how the market will do. Take care of yourself. If you have to sell your house in 4 months and find out it lost $50k in value due to the market, you'll wish you'd taken whatever options you had available.

I also have a friend that has a lease return coming up soon, and he mentioned that some people were being offered up to $4500 off their buyout price. I didn't get that offer since my lease isnt done until August.
