Right Low Beam Malfunction

Vehicle:
2012 328i, non-xenon

After Market Installs:
HID Low Beam with error cancellation
HID Fogs with error cancellation

Issue:
Right Low Beam Malfuntion indicator is on and the low beam is not operational. All other lights inlcuding the high beam work. I have had HID's installed for over 1yr with no issues until last week.

I bought another HID kit thinking the ballast went out. Tested new HID kit on the left side and confirmed it works.

Tested voltage at the wire harness connector (right low beam) and confirmed 12V. Installed new HID kit and the low beam did not kick on.

Any ideas what could cause this issue? Could there have been a short which temporarily disables the light control module (LCM) from operating the low beam? All passenger side lights work and confirmed voltage to the low beam so not sure what else there is to check. Also, checked ground wiring and there does not appear to be any nicks or cuts which could cause a short.

Obviously I took a risk utilizing non oem parts, especially when dealing with a sensitive lighting system and a vehicle under service warranty so please help me with the technical aspects and spare the spanking I'm sure this will help several others who may run into this problem in the future.
