It is probably a labelling issue, the ECUs being read are labelled by the app, best example is Bimmercode labelling the HU_NBT which is incorrect as for most F48 the HU is actually HU_ENTRYNAV/ ENTRYNAV2. I expect your app was updated and labelling changed (labelling errors corrected). The fact is your car / F48 has a BDC it does not have FEM. Bimmercode is written to work for many models and the labels for F48 are in some cases incorrect.
