The instructions were super helpful. I changed out the chrome grills for black grills in about 15 minutes. As recommended, I started at the top and worked my way around to the bottom. The two bottom taps towards the middle were the hardest to undo (I broke 2 on the first grill but got the second grill off without damage). It did take a little bit of force to pop the first few tabs loose.
