I've added the spare. I simply purchased the space saver rim from a dealer and then bought the relevant tyre from tire rack.com. The other bits -- a wheel lug wrench and scissor jack I purchased from an auto parts store. Everything is tied down in the underfloor along with other bits and pieces. All up cost...around $250.
