it will be gone after LCI.. Since back in the E36 days.. they always start out with the gray plastic rockers and such and switch to body color at LCI after expenses have reduced due to production costs being amortized over time. I hate the gray also.

true story.. M sport option is a good way to escape it prior to LCI. Fortunately I also enjoy the better wheel and tire options as well as seats etc for the M sport package..
