I think there is a comparability issue with screen and your HU. Some Entrynav owners can fit screen and some cannot, it may be that those Entrynav which are o.k with 8.8" touchscreen are running different software version to your car. I do not think the screen is faulty. Sorry I think you may have to look at an android plug-in solution. |
