I know I need to get away from those diet/caffeine-free sodas I have with lunch, but water just doesn't seem like enough. I don't want to add a bunch of sugars with juice.
Dinner is normally accompanied by a big cold glass of whole milk.

Upon awakening - Bottle of water, ice cold
Breakfast - Quad Grande Americano, 2 splenda, 1/2 oz half and half.
All Day - Water
Unsweetened tea when I have it...black and green.
Coke Zero on occasion.
Special occasion: Root Beer
Alcohol:
Wine - Prefer reds
Guinness or Ultra when I have beer. Love IPAs, can't tolerate
Gin, Vodka, or Scotch on occasion.
Van:
Gatorade or Powerade
IV saline, 500 ml. Hang bag PRN.
