You are not moving here then with those qualifications, unless you lower expectations. I looked and looked when I moved here, and you are looking for the impossible, or you're looking at a shithole with land that, miraculously, somebody has not found yet to tear down and put three houses on. |
Yup, you aren't getting anything decent with that much land and close to Seattle. It might not be Bay Area prices, but they are getting pretty damn high
