I would double check with your supplier but I have been told on various occasions that it is not possible to retrofit BMW oem reversing camera to an F48. The F48 has an Entrynav or Entrynav2 Head Unit and most oem retrofits are for NBTevo HU.
Eventually I bought a reversing camera kit for my car from a reputable U.K. supplier who fits them for a number of BMW dealers (in other words if a retrofit was possible then BMW dealers would do it). I self installed using their guide (provided on usb), it is an android plug in box which plugs into the car loom and intercepts the signals for reverse and the PDC. Graphics are good.
For info, I attach the link, the kit now includes front camera (which can be left out if not needed), the kit works on all screen sizes (through pin settings). I have been using mine for over a year and it works perfectly.
