I agree with this, it’s a transmission/software problem. The same exact thing was exhibited by the early X3’s in 2007 or so, on a rolling stop when you made the right turn , it would start in third gear, which was never enough for your pedal… Sometime later on they made a software change and it was radically reduced.....
