I am doing 12mm front and 15mm rear with no rub at all. My tech supposedly suggest me to do 15 front and 18 rear, because his another customer is doing that also without any issue as well. But since I will be playing around at the track sometimes in summer, so 12 and 15 will be more safe he said.
