I ordered the actual wheel from Bimmerzone because they ship a pre-mounted wheel/tire combo.
In terms of the install, all it took was removing the little tool holder in the front of the storage compartment and replacing it with the little metal L-bracket that holds the spare down. This requires cutting a little slit in the liner but isn't tough.
I got the separate foam block for the jack as well, though it looks like there may be a spot for the jack in the tray that goes inside the wheel too. |
Thank you for posting this link. It looks like the jack and crank were upgraded as of 11/2017. (Items 4, 7 and 13.) Which parts did you order? Please post a list and a photo. I'm considering ordering a jack and I'd like to know what I will be getting.
