i plan on going soon, and my plans are to turn off the DSC and DTC, launch around 3000RPMs to prevent bog, and ease out the clutch to the point that i got a good roll out. you don't want to dump it or you put a lot of shock on the drive line and risk breaking something. if you go slow, then you will smell your clutch burning. (it is better to smell the clutch, then to hold a broken gear.) although, i think you would spin the rear tires before you broke a gear as long as you are stock.

i come from the AWD world as well, so it will be a little different.
