called bmw genius, there is no way to re-arrange your preset order. you have to delete your station and then put in spot you want and then re-add the preset you override. My lexus, you can drag preset radio station up or down to where you want it in the group. Major bummer as when ever you want to add a new station you have delete something and move it to another area.
