There should be no codes ever when switching tires unless for some reason you did not match the rolling diameters of them. The stock offset is something like +42. +25 means it is 17mm pushed further away/out from the wheel. This helps with the width, but also pushes my wheels out past the fenders. It makes it a little like a mini truck.
Not so crazy ridiculous but different. And no, there is no rubbing on anything.
The best tool I use to do the calculations is the website: willtheyfit.com It's an awesome tool where you can plug in your before and after ( wheel size, offset, tire profile diameter etc), it'll give you pictures and measurements of the differences in size. There are tons of similar calculators online but I like that the most.
