Had new wheel, tyre and wheel align around £1300. Asked what they would do with damaged wheel and was told they would scrap it. I said that I wanted it back to make a coffee table if nothing else, too nice to scrap. Rang a wheel repair company close to me on the off chance and they said that it was repairable in the lathe and would cost £135.
