You’ll be lucky. As has been said this is the surface rust from the cast Iron disc which has no rust protection on the braking surface. The little protection on the disc hub will gradually diminish and turn rusty. Just look at other cars a couple of years old.

Brake discs, and backplates are service items and will not be replaced because of corrosion unless you have a very sympathetic dealer.

There are companies that will treat callipers, backplates and discs with paint coatings but obviously not the disc braking surface.
