If I understand correctly, in order to activate full screen you need the latest HU firmware starting from N ..
So mine (an F48 LCI produced in July 2019) that starts with a K needs to be updated in the dealership first?
However if it's ever updated wouldn't full screen carplay be available without a patch?
I am missing this part a bit!
