If that is the case, it needs to be addressed. I'm not paying full price for mods on a lease. How long was the CA's computer down? 4 weeks? No way.
Tell them find a way to residualize it into the lease, or remove some money from the money down up front. If you're putting down 3k, and you have 2k in M parts, tell them subtract the difference. |
I am not putting down any money upfront. I don't have a clue why I happened to be the victim of "computer error." SA wouldn't budge on residual but to try to compensate a bit, he did come down slightly on net cap. Still not enough close to having parts residualized.
I guess I can try to sell them come lease end
