I'm sure everyone has their favorite, I use
Chemical Guys V7 on the shinny black plastic. Just make sure the microfiber towel is damp with V7 and lightly wipe to avoid scratches. With the V7 the plastic piece doesn't seem to attract dust as much as uncoated plastic does. But, that could be my imagination.
