Not sure, maybe a tire guy can come in. 245 is 20mm wider so it's about 1/2" wider?
235/45/19 is available in the CC2. It would be a better fit and I'm sure the wheel can handle the less than 1/2" wider tire. I was going to order the CC2 in this size for my X2 but there was a sale going on for the All Season Pilot Sport 4 tires. I went and got a dedicated 18" winter setup.
