Hi Everyone!

Looking to get a family member into an X1 lease. I'm not sure what the market climate is like right now and wanted to get a sense of how good/bad deals are right now.

I'm not too experienced with leasing other with my current car, but I'm very happy with the deal I got and would consider leasing again under the same circumstances.

I'd would love if some enthusiasts could help me out by posting a breakdown of their lease deal. (MSRP, Discount/Rebate, Residual, MF, downpayment)
