And "leadership" is overused in an attempt to cast
management as something different and less ordinary. Leadership has vision, ideas, and changes the way we frame things. Leadership solves problems nobody had even realised we had. Management obediently performs administrative functions and patiently waits for a fire to break out so they can come running in with a fire extinguisher of the wrong type.
