I bought mine on ebay, the seller was from Lithuania and I couldn't have been happier with the purchase
I was just sceptical because if something went wrong and I wanted to return the CID I needed to pay for the shipping and some percentage based on the total price of the CID (I think it was like 5 or 10%, can't remember now). Anyway I went for it and the risk paid off because I ended up paying around 200 euros and this display is usually sold for around 450 euros.
Here in Germany we have also ebay classifieds (ebay Kleinanzeigen) and there you can find private sellers. Maybe the seller is even willing to ship the CID to the Netherlands. You can search there as well and give it a try.
I have no other ideas for a used CID.
