according to my service report the fronts are at 4mm and rears at 6mm and rotors are fine. I really trust the dealer's service department, they have always treated me well and gone the extra mile even when I didn't buy a car from them (first BMW). I will be sticking with the continentals that came on the car, and they match tire rack pricing including rebates so I have no complaints. I also tend to chew tires fast and brakes. back in the day I did a set of Eagle GTs on a Mazda MX-6 GT in under 10,000 miles I got longer lasting tires after that .
