It's funny: I have no problem replacing tires early, since I love new rubber. But, this kinda got me twisted a bit. Maybe if I had been more aware and actually expected this to happen, it might not have even registered. I love the idea of treating brake replacement as an at-home maintenance and performance process. It's not my forte, but I could definitely get my older son to take it on.
