Hah, yeah I made a minor stink but I didn't want to take out my frustration on the service rep. I asked for all the parts and for them to take pics, mostly to make sure I wasn't getting the ol' scam. I thought about having my son do 'em to save a little cash, but figured time (for both of us) was more important right now.

Funny thing, I remembered that I bought a first-year Tundra about 20 years ago that ran through it's brakes really quickly. Toyota ended-up replacing and upgrading the entire system after they determined the spec was too light-duty for the design. I get that brakes are a wear-item, but I also would suggest that ours is a new application and replacement this soon is as a much a design flaw as anything else...
