From my eBay order:

Seller: galter. Based in Germany, galter has been an eBay member since Jul 25, 2006
I logged into ebay.de and searched. I see galter sells a lot of BMW parts. Honestly, I was lucky to find the aspherical mirror. You will need to translate aspherical to German, and use keywords such as BMW X1, F48, Spiegelglas and whatever features you need (dimming, heated).
