I wish!!! But there should be some sort of compromise with this cost cap era. Making the other team pay for damage is probably going down a huge rabbit hole.
Maybe for damage wholly cause by another driver:
1. No grid spot penalty for power unit change.
2. No penalty for power unit parts replaced due to the collision.
Something should be done. It isn't fair to punish teams and drivers for non-fault collisions.
