You can buy replacements for the clips at your local BMW dealer or just use a tie wrap to hold them.
I did the same changing brake ABS sensors and just removed it and went to my local dealer. ( bring it with you they are notoriously lazy looking up PNs and without it in hand won't get what your describing)
They had to order them in from Germany in a bag of 50 and it took a few days but they only charged me a few euro for 3.
I used tie wraps in the interim.
