Very true.
It did blow me away though. We met in college, I wasn't as outgoing then as I am now. We were chemistry lab partners. I thought she was hot but was still trying to figure out where my "in" was in the conversation without sounding like a creepy asshole. After class she just walked up and was like "here's my number, let's go out sometime".
