Nope, that's a different Sport. That mode tweaks the engine map, engages the dynamic dampers, etc. Transmission Sport is only engaged by moving the shifter to the left - gear indicator in instrument moves to "S". To my knowledge, there is no other way to engage this mode.
If you put both in Sport, you get even more Sport behavior - to the point of being kind of obnoxious. Using double-Sport mode is really annoying around town. You take off from a stop and the engine revs to like 5K rpm in second gear. But it's great on the open road.
