It's funny to me that you seem so quick to point fingers here. I've never once had a single issue working with BMS whether it was a return, faulty product, or general troubleshooting. Terry has always been more than helpful in every scenario I've had. And honestly if they did/do decline to help you in a particular situation you still can't blame them. No where is it written that they have any liability if you mess up your car! Future reference, those sensors like every sensor on a car are extremely sensitive and don't do well with knocks, bumps, or small jolts of electricity. In my experience, it sounds very much like user error. Likely BMS's conclusion as well...
