I would be surprised if it did!
If I were you, I would leave things well alone. Looking at the last attachment screenshot shows you are good to go. Perhaps BMW GE has a different purchase policy on map updates to what BMW UK does.
It could be that when
this car was purchased maps for a very long specified duration did not need a FSC code.
