ECUs → SAS → 3000 FAS, FC → LDM_QalcgRel_v_Tacho_aktiv_kmh = Werte = 63 (Default: Werte = 3C )
Effective minimum traffic congestion support speed from 35km/h
ECUs → SAS → 3000 FAS, FC → LDM_QalcgRel_v_Tacho_aktiv_low_kmh = 35（Default: 55）

The following settings are required when testing on public roads.
Remove restrictions to allow congestion support on all roads
ECUs → SAS → 3000 FAS, FC → LDM_STA_Einschraenkung = keine Einschraenkung (Default: nur auf Autobahn und Landstrassen_mit_baulicher_Trennung)
