Buy a test kit to test your brake fluid. I changed it on my '18 at two years and 65k miles when I did the front brakes. Tested the fluid, 0% water. But the bottle was $11 and I already had a motiv kit from my last bmw so it wasn't a biggie.
if you have winters and drive very little, at least change the oil in the spring. I usually do every 6 months or 7500 miles since it's cheap and easy.
cabin and engine air filters, I do every spring also. Cheap and easy.
Spark plugs I would do at 60k unless you're running a tune. My F33 B46 was simple to do, less than 5 minutes for the first 3 and about 30 minutes for the last one.
