For those of you who got recent software updates did the issue go away? Recently in for service and they flashed the car. Issue for me still exists actually by coincidence immediately happened at intersection on the way home from service. Put car in sport and it was better. BMS put back on to help alleviate safety issue. Not happy not adressed by BMW yet, platform issue as we all know and definitely not isolated just to me.
