Have you considered discussing with the GM and having another CA look after you? Play up the 'I wanna buy from you guys but not so sure anymore because of experience' card.

A decent GM would have no trouble looking after you and putting you in touch with a more reliable person. Remember: communication is key in developing a good relationship with a dealer.
