True but I'm assuming since the 40i and the 45e are both getting the same amount of extra horsepower it looks like the entire bump comes from increased power in the ICE on the 45e. Hope I'm wrong. |
Not sure where you're seeing that, but im seeing the 40i will get a 35hp (335 to 370) bump whereas the 45e will get a 91hp (389 to 480) bump. I'd imagine it's a combination of both ICE and electric motor upgrades but hopefully the OP can chime in to confirm
