I have never really had a scratch like this. Would you take it to the dealer and ask for an opinion or place they recommend? Also, are you thinking a respray would be the fix they would want to do?

I don't think it is down quite to the metal I believe the basecoat on these cars is black.
All good questions. I would guess a full re-spray might be required although I've had similar work done to a front bumper and they only touched it up. Couldn't tell where the scratch was.

As for visiting the dealer...Probably more expensive would be my guess. I knew of a great local guy in my area. Wait a day or two as I'm sure someone from your area will chime in and even be able to recommend a shop for you.
