I'm wondering if that third photo is taken from the Plantation House restaurant/golf clubhouse up above Kapalua. 2nd photo might be the Makena area. 1st … somewhere between Makena and La Perouse Bay? I know that there's a lot of lava rock out in that direction, but it's been a very long time since I was in a car out there, if ever.
