I definitely agree with rr.
I could hear the hissing noise, but its only when the car hits the boost (around 3k rpm and above).
Then it is followed by BOV once I let the throttle go at higher rpm range.
That being said, the noise is consistent throughout the temperature doesn't matter if its cold or warm engine.
