Not read full thread, but Make this video go viral, just so that dealership can see what kind if people they employ.
If you requested your car not to be washed, its your car and your choice. They should be appreciative that by you taking your car there, the customer is paying their wage.
Make the video go viral and hope their manager see's it too. Losing business will help pull the stick out of their a$$
