it can theoretically be fixed by bimmercode. This is a known thing because there are huge fines to the manufacturer for reading too low a speed in Germany. I don't know about the EU. Mine reads a consistent 2 MPH faster so I mentally adjust. Did the same thing with my 2013 335 too.
