well yeah MK Zak is a racer but he is more likely a marketeer in some terms after 30's probably cause he had or still have something like motorsport marketing agency as well.. but Seidl is the one at the moment that pulls the team and the guy that lead to have a deal with Merc'.. Zak and partners just said ok..
